Cancel the order

Any orders are cancelled after confirmation. DDSLifestyle.com reserves the right to charge administrative fees of not more than 20% for the cancellation of the order in question.

Defective product handling

If you find a breakage or malfunction after receiving your shipment, please call the DDSLifestyle.com Service Hotline on 3188 8177. Once you find out about these issues, please contact us within 10 days of arrival.

A. All my electronics/accessories products

We offer a return service within 10 days from the shopping day/receipt date, all return services must be complete packaging and accessories

B. Make-up or skincare products/other products
If you find damage or quality problems after receiving the goods, we would like to apologize and hope you will understand
